I work as a project manager for more than 10 years, mostly in the financial and telecommunications industry.
Despite of that, I still believe, that there are good projects.
What does "good project" mean to me? In a "good project" there is partnership among the participants. Customer, vendor, third parties, anyone else who works in that project are able to work as one team for one goal. There is flexibility and all members of the team are able to listen to each other and find the way together to move forward. Such a project is rare. Still possible to create it, shape it if it has not started like this, and we have to work for it each day.

I work as an IT and project manager for more than 10 years, mostly in the financial and telecommunications industry.
I'm looking for good projects and good teams, and I beleive, they exist.
What does "good project and good team" mean to me? In a "good project and good team" there is partnership among the participants. CV - Andras Ban
I am a senior IT and project manager with 10 + years of experience in the financial and telecommunication industry. I have been managing large teams and projects involving 10-100 people (5-30 direct reporting) both on vendor and customer side based on agile and waterfall project management methodology. Broad scope of banking and telecommunication applications were involved in my projects, including Cloud & SaaS based and on premise applications, Internet/e-bank, Mobile bank, Branch front office, SAP, Customer information file, Message broker, MQ, Internet brokerage, Portals, CRM, loan origination, core systems, scoring engine, DWH, Workforce management.
I am a member of the Hungarian Project Management Association and the stream leader of the Financial Institutions stream.
Hobbies
My hobbies are connected, and all of them mean the freedom to me. By my Land Rover I can get anywhere, that is the travelling itself in the most enjoyable way for me, and when I get there, I can even do some rock climbing. What could be better than this?
